It is my love for our natural world that drives me. Being born and raised in Colorado, I grew up hiking, camping and fishing. Over the years, my love for Colorado evolved as I started backpacking at the age of 16. I began taking pictures as a documentary to show my friends and family just how amazing Colorado’s backcountry was. As I grew older I knew I wanted to pursue a career that would allow me to enjoy Colorado and protect the wilderness. Landscape Architecture was my final decision. Currently I am a practicing landscape architect in Vail, Colorado. My line of work allows me to sculpt the existing and soon to be built world around us. I’ve realized I want to make a bigger impact thus this website. By promoting environmental education, sustainable living and the three R’s (Reduce, Re-use and Recycle), I believe we can start to change many of the things happening in our world around us.

I dedicate this website to my mother, who has allowed for everything in my life to be possible.
